About the Role

Or client is seeking a mid-level Shopify Web Designer for a ongoing e-commerce project. The primary focus of this project is to assist in configuring the menus and completing the design of an online store built on the Shopify platform. The project is expected to take one or two days to complete and will be primarily remote, with potential on-site requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Review the current state of the client's Shopify online store and understand the design requirements.
• Configure and optimize the navigation menus, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with the client to understand their vision and desired style for the online store, taking inspiration from provided references.
• Enhance the overall design and layout of the store, ensuring consistency with the client's branding and aesthetic preferences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shopify Web Designer, with a portfolio showcasing successful e-commerce projects.
• Proficient in customizing and configuring Shopify themes, menus, and store layouts.
• Strong understanding of web design principles, including user experience (UX), responsive design, and visual aesthetics.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or similar front-end technologies) for minor customizations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients.
