We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Specialist to lead the development, reorganization, and governance of a centralized SharePoint site for our client's RoB workstreams. This role will involve creating a single, intuitive, and efficient source of truth for all content related to 10 RoB workstreams and their associated 160 quarterly meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information management, user experience (UX), and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve self-service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Centralization:
- Consolidate and streamline information from multiple locations (OneNote, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) into a single SharePoint site.
- Ensure the site becomes the central hub for meeting prep, agendas, action items, and post-meeting summaries for 10 RoB workstreams.
Meeting Management Integration:
- Develop a system for attendee and calendar management, ensuring the right people are invited to the right meetings.
- Implement a connector to synchronize the RoB Outlook account with SharePoint for real-time updates of calendar events.
User Experience Design:
- Design an intuitive site layout, incorporating feedback to optimize usability.
- Create wireframes and mockups for stakeholder review and approval before implementation.
Automation & Tools Integration:
- Explore automation options (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI) to integrate calendar updates and other workflows.
- Implement tools to streamline meeting prep, content management, and post-meeting documentation.
Governance & Compliance:
- Establish governance standards for information management to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Regularly review and update site content to maintain relevance and usability.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience with SharePoint site creation, design, and management.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and ability to design intuitive interfaces.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI) and integrating Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven experience in information management and creating governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to understand complex business objectives and translate them into functional solutions.
- Background in meeting management or working within structured governance processes is a plus.

Benefits
Compensation Range: $9,000 - 9,200/mo
