We offer 24/7 real-time support to dedicate hands-on technical and enterprise architectural expertise to give clients secure IT systems that are compliant, and resilient against threats and solutions to optimize how clients work within the tools. We do this through 3 subscription options to help Praecipio build ongoing knowledge and expertise in our clients technology stack. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Understand and educate on Praecipio’s Atlassian+ lifecycle and develop opportunities within the MSM ecosystem and  client engagements.
  • Build and manage excellent client relationships providing true consulting on Praecipio subscriptions.
  • Implement specific business processes or solutions to address particular operational or technical challenges for multiple client engagements simultaneously. Manage multiple client engagements, understanding each client's architecture and diverse user needs (e.g., engineering, marketing, PMO, HR). Provide tailored solutions, optimize the Atlassian environment, and support work management processes across various business units.
  • Lead client requirements gathering, process analysis, deployment, and user acceptance testing.
  • Work independently on medium to large projects and assignments, leveraging project management tools and methods.
  • Voicing delivery risks and providing solutions that resolve system, process or business blockers for the client and the team.
  • Create key documentation adhering to Praecipio standards.
  • Partner with other teammates and teams to ensure a high quality deliverable and proper client expectations. 

By fulfilling these responsibilities, you play a vital part in achieving project success and maintaining a collaborative and efficient work environment

Requirements

Technical Proficiency

  • Knowledge in ITIL, Agile, DevOps and other ways of work best practices in order to advise on and implement client solutions
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for managing cloud-based services and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g. Atlassian SDK, Javascript, Groovy, JQL, Python, SQL, Bash/Shell ) for automating repetitive tasks and service delivery processes.
  • Expertise in managing IT incidents, problems, and changes using frameworks like ITIL, ensuring efficient service continuity and minimal downtime.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like OpsGenie, PagerDuty, NewRelic and Data Dog
  • Understanding of security practices, including identity and access management, data protection, and vulnerability management.
  • Ability to analyze service data and generate meaningful reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or native reporting in ITSM tools.

Consulting Experience

  • Active Listening is essential, including the ability to understand client needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective solutions using Atlassian tools. 
  • This involves verbal and written effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Adaptability and customer orientation during times of change

Basic Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing consulting experience, with demonstrated expertise in analyzing, optimizing, and implementing work management processes across at least 3 distinct business units or departments.
  • Minimum of 3 years implementing technical solutions and optimizations across the Atlassian suite (and supporting methodologies)
  • Minimum of 3 years leading client engagements / projects in change management
  • Atlassian Certified Individual (any Atlassian Cert)
  • Open to travel up to 25% per quarter to client sites

Benefits

Salary

$110,000-120,000 USD  base salary depending on location and experience
