Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of experience in leading multiple small to mid-sized delivery teams (1-20 headcount) of Management Consulting services contracts in the federal services marketplace.
  • Current knowledge of DHS, DoD, VA, and/or the Intelligence Community
  • Current Project Management Institute PMP or PgMP certification
  • Recent, successful SDM experience at one or more of these departments is required.

Security Clearance

  • Secret Clearance is Highly Desired
  • U.S Citizenship required.

Requirements

Recruiting

  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Assist with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workable and Lever to manage candidate profiles and applications.
  • Assist with building and maintaining relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with coordination and conduct employee onboarding sessions to ensure new hires are properly onboarded.

Delivery

  • Assist the Senior Delivery Manager with the execution and delivery of IT contracts, ensuring all aspects of service delivery are in strict compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and contractual obligations.
  • Assist the Senior Delivery Manager with Directing and managing a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance to meet and exceed service delivery standards.
  • Oversee the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) process, ensuring accurate and timely evaluations of service quality, contractor performance, and the identification of areas for improvement.
  • Maintain proactive and clear communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed, and any contractual issues are resolved promptly.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery, making data-driven decisions to optimize contract performance.
  • Collaborate with USFS Leadership and Government COR, ensuring clarity in service expectations, deliverables, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards for all USFS Contracts
