SEO Product Manager

The AutoVitals suite of SaaS products is designed to solve many of the current hurdles auto repair shops face. Our mission is to help auto repair shops drive profitable growth by attracting new customers, providing superior communication and customer service, increasing shop efficiency, higher average repair orders, and more. The SEO Product Manager will work on the website and digital marketing pieces of our AutoVitals product suite.

This position will report directly to the Director of Product Management and will work remotely. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas where automation, and/or AI can provide enhanced efficiency in a scalable fashion across our proprietary web platform.
• Create documentation, and manage the development and implementation of platform improvements.
• Track SEO performance of client websites, and provide recommendations and support as necessary
• Track competitive SEO offerings and assess gaps
• Stay abreast of industry trends, updates, and important areas we can capitalize on
• Communicate with internal and external parties, in terminology best suited to their technical expertise 
• Perform ad-hoc audits and reports of client websites produced by AutoVitals and recommend improvements as directed
• Work cross-functionally with client-facing and product team members
• Provide post-launch website QA to ensure top-quality websites for AutoVitals clients

Requirements

• You have a positive attitude and a drive to win

• Background in product management or related project management
• Familiarity with agile frameworks, and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, etc).
• Direct experience with Local SEO or digital marketing
• Curious and able to work ambiguously to solve complex problems, often through self-education
• Experience with common digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Brightlocal Looker Studio, or similar
• Ability to grasp complex technical processes, analyze data sets, and spontaneously discuss strategy or findings with cross-functional team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Salary Range Transparency

SEO Product Manager: Full Time, Salary Exempt $65,000 - $80,000

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and alignment with market data.
