Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement across our multiple channels.
In this role, you will lead our efforts across the following channels, Programmatic Advertising, Paid Social, Paid Search, and SEO. You know how to leverage data-driven insights to optimize our campaigns and web properties using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Tool and 3rd party tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Search (PPC): Develop and manage PPC campaigns that drive targeted traffic, maximizing ROI while staying within budget.
- Programmatic Advertising: Strategize and execute programmatic ad campaigns, optimizing reach and engagement within the addiction and rehabilitation space.
- SEO Optimization: Implement and manage advanced SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, enhance site ranking, and improve search visibility for targeted keywords.
- Paid Social: Manage all paid social campaigns to drive conversions, traffic and engagement to our primary sites and continually optimize performance
- Data-Driven Marketing: Analyze data trends, user behavior, and campaign results to refine strategies and increase audience reach.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with content, development, and analytics teams to align marketing strategies and produce regular performance reports.
- Cross-Functional: Partner with Creative and Engineering teams to manage the agile processes including release planning, sprint planning, standups, sprint demos and retrospectives
Thought-Leadership: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in paid advertising and be the go-to-person for our campaign strategy team as it pertains to their campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Programmatic Advertising
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Paid Search
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Paid Social
- Minimum of 3 years experience in SEO
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Google Analytics, GTM, and 3rd party marketing tools i.e. SEMRush, Spyfu
- Experience in Tradedesk strongly preferred
- Analyse and implement possible new revenue streams and distribution opportunities with B2C and B2B sites which support interactive business strategies and tactics
- Communicate upcoming milestones, status and recent releases to keep stakeholders senior management informed
- Manage programmatic marketing including display and rich media channels and Facebook and Twitter paid advertising
- In-depth knowledge of Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset and ability to craft compelling ad copy
- Experience with budget management, bid strategy, and cost-per-conversion optimization
- Strong versatility and knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience using metrics to shape and adjust digital marketing strategies.
- Understanding of the addiction and rehabilitation landscape is preferred.
