Overview

We are seeking an experienced SEO Lead who will be responsible for developing and executing successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and identify opportunities for optimization. This is a short term remote contract role. All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
• Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly
• Analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other relevant metrics
• Identify and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques to improve website visibility and search engine visibility
• Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
• Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms to adapt SEO strategies accordingly

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO

• Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

• Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and adapt SEO strategies accordingly

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred

Compensation

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This role is a short-term consulting contract with an hourly rate of $80. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
