Summary of Position
RYNO Strategic Solutions is looking for a talented SEO Analyst to join our team! This position manages a portfolio of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) accounts, monitors and communicates campaign progress back to management, assigns SEO content requests, creates market strategies, and is responsible for remaining current on new strategies, techniques, and processes that can improve company SEO campaigns.
We are looking for someone self-motivated, positive, analytical, demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills, and can take ownership of campaign performance.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research based on client goals and campaign focus
- Review and analyze clients' sites for areas of improvement
- Assign SEO content
- Develop and implement campaign SEO strategies
- Strategize ways to improve and track site performance
- Consult with PPC account manager to synchronize efforts
- Coordinate fulfillment of campaign requirements with other respective departments
- Stay current on the latest local SEO and algorithm updates
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Basic WordPress experience
- 1-2 years of SEO account management experience (including Local SEO)
- Minimum of four years experience in an office setting
- Strong grammatical skills
- A good sense of humor. We like to laugh and have fun!
Preferred Skills
- 2-4 years of current SEO account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized with strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Performance case studies showcasing keyword decisions based on research, link-building strategies, on and off-page implementation, and performance outcome
- Thorough understanding of Search Console and Google Analytics
- A thorough understanding of current SEO techniques with an interest in continuing education and improvement
- Experience with Google My Business, SEMrush, and BrightLocal.

The total compensation for this opportunity includes a base salary range of $45,000 - $65,000, a potential for quarterly bonuses contingent on company performance, plus medical, dental, vision, and employee assistance benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
