The Senior Workforce Transformation Consultant will play a crucial role in Perceptyx’s Leader & Workforce Consulting Practice. In this role, you will serve executives in a strategic advisory capacity. You will also represent Perceptyx in the marketplace and be instrumental in supporting our customers in achieving their organizational and transformational objectives.

Some Things You Will Do:

  • Facilitate leadership and executive-level workshops
  • Advise customers on trends, research, and themes shaping the employee experience
  • Leverage customer listening data to craft a narrative and deliver recommendations in alignment with key business and talent priorities
  • Provide thought leadership through blogs, white papers, and research in contribution to the development of Perceptyx’s point of view
  • Support pre-sales consulting by acting as the subject matter expert
  • Elevate the Perceptyx brand through speaking engagements at conferences and industry events
  • Deliver customer enablement in support of better leveraging the People Insights Platform and supporting sustainable organizational transformation  
  • Facilitate executive-level stakeholder interviews 
  • Advise on listening strategy and survey design best practices 
  • Design interventions on behalf of Perceptyx's customers. This is achieved by leveraging Peceptyx's research, incorporating best practice content, and offering a unique point of view as an expert in the employee experience domain

Requirements

  • PhD in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology or similar field.
  • 10+ years of experience advising individual, team, group, and organizational transformation to Executives.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering strategic advisory services.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering insights and recommendations to executive and board-level audiences with confidence and authority.
  • Solid executive presence and business acumen. 
  • Executive coaching and facilitation. 
  • Ability to tie in disparate data points and to use data to tell a compelling story.
  • Willingness to work with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Compensation✨

Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The salary range for the role is $150,000.00 to $175,000.00 annually. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
