Senior Web Designer

We are looking for a Senior Web Designer who is passionate about creating visually stunning and highly functional websites. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to implementation. You will collaborate closely with other designers, front-end developers, marketers, and content creators to ensure our websites meet both user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of visually compelling and user-friendly websites from concept to launch.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our web designs.
• Mentor a  junior designer and provide constructive feedback to help them grow professionally.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong understanding of designing with and building Figma components.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
• Experience working in the SaaS/Software industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
