Full Job Description
We’re ThinkShout. We find creative and innovative ways to design and develop websites for nonprofits and mission-driven clients. We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager, with experience leading both Drupal and Wordpress website builds to help us strengthen our clients’ impact in the world.
Our Project Managers lead multidisciplinary teams to execute award-winning websites. They leverage top communication skills, people savvy, and hybrid project management tools and techniques to keep both internal team members and client partners driving projects to success.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years project management experience demonstrating increased complexity in the role including experience with:
- Agency or professional services environments
- Time and materials as well as fixed fee or retainer client billing
- Scoping and managing project budgets (including projects over $100,000)
- Drupal and Wordpress build projects and comfort with both admin interfaces
- Hybrid project management methodologies and techniques
- Expert knowledge of Google Suite
- Asana (or similar project management tooling)
- Github/Github Projects
How You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Managing expected project outcomes and ensuring client satisfaction
- Budget, timeline, and task management:
- Creating timelines, updating budget trackers and driving task completion
- Scope management:
- Defining project plans and requirements
- Holding team members and client accountable to shared vision/goals
- Navigating uncertainty and new information with grace and agility
- Team/resource management:
- Managing cross-disciplinary teams
- Providing structure and functional supervision to internal team members
- Superior Communications Management, both written and verbal:
- Engaging with client stakeholders, team members and vendors to steer the whole project life cycle
- Leading efficient project meetings with clear objectives, guided discussion and actionable take-aways
- Product and functional area knowledge:
- Understanding the software lifecycle, and basic content management systems including WordPress and Drupal

The salary band for this position is $85-115k. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
