Responsibilities
- Develops and executes a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business objectives, brand messaging, and target audience engagement.
- Leads the social media team, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality content creation and effective campaign execution.
- Monitors, analyzes, and reports on key performance metrics to measure the success of social media initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Stays up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage in social media marketing.
- Manages the social media budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI on campaigns.
- Engages with the online community, responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Organizes and conducts social media training sessions for team members and stakeholders to enhance overall social media literacy.
- Develops and curates engaging content that resonates with the audience and reflects the brand's voice and values.
- Identifies and collaborates with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engage wider audiences.
Promotes a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's Degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
