Senior Social Media Manager

The Kraze is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Manager to elevate the social presence of our diverse clientele and engage vibrant online communities across multiple platforms in the beauty (skincare & haircare), travel/hospitality, and entertainment categories. You should be a versatile professional who can wear many hats, thriving in our dynamic, small agency environment. A genuine passion for social media, staying ahead of trends, and experimenting with innovative strategies is a must.

This is a fully remote position reporting directly to our Founder. There will be occasional travel opportunities to meet with the team based in Los Angeles, as well as our clients in various cities including Las Vegas, Nashville, Dallas, and Houston.

Your Impact

• Create and Manage Campaigns: Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns for beauty, travel/hospitality, and entertainment brands that captivate and engage.
• Content Strategy: Ideate social media content buckets and creative concepts, focusing on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, primarily for short-form video content.
• Creator Activations: You'll coordinate UGC content creation for our clients, discover up-and-coming UGC creator talent and work with them to craft content that will WOW our social audiences.
• Content Creation: Create and edit scroll-stopping content for our clients for Reels and TikToks. Bonus if you like to be on-camera to capture content, but absolutely not required. Ideally, you'll have advanced content creation/editing skills, specifically within Instagram, TikTok, and CapCut.
• Content Posting: Post engaging content across all social media channels, ensuring it aligns with current social and cultural trends. This will entail posting on some weekends and holidays.
• Community Management: Actively engage with the social communities for our clients, fostering a strong connection between the brand/talent and their audience.
• Content Calendars: Build detailed content calendars and timelines for each campaign, keeping them aligned with product launches, sales and promotions, upcoming shows/events, and more.
• Creative Copywriting: Write compelling copy that aligns with each brand’s voice and tone, reflecting the latest in beauty, travel/hospitality, and entertainment.
• Analytics and Reporting: Put together and submit regular reporting and analytics to the clients to measure and optimize each channel's performance.

Requirements

Your Experience

• Social Media Expertise: Extensive experience in the social media space, preferably within an agency environment focused on beauty, travel/hospitality, and/or entertainment.
• Campaign Management: Proven track record in managing successful social media campaigns.
• Creative Copywriting: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to convey brand messages effectively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills. You will be in a client-facing role, so you should enjoy working directly with each client.
• Influencer Collaboration: Experience working directly with influencers and UGC creators is ideal.
• Visual Design: Keen eye for visual design, typography, and photography that resonates with beauty, travel/hospitality, and entertainment audiences.
• Proactive and Organized: Highly driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
