Full Job Description
- Develop comprehensive test cases and scenarios in Zephyr and automated testing tools to meet business stakeholders' acceptance criteria.
- Enhance and execute automation suites using Selenium-Java and Service Automation.
- Expand automation framework for microservice level validations and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with the team to implement service-based automation for REST and Soap calls.
- Execute automation suites in CI/CD pipelines and integrate Service Automation, Wiremock, and UI Automation with Azure platforms
Requirements
- Act as a strong independent Test Automation Engineer, solving problems effectively and communicating with automation leads.
- Support both manual and automation streams to align with business release priorities.
- Provide expertise in planning, constructing, and executing test scripts, applying testing standards and methodologies.
- Conduct smoke tests, regression tests, and analyze results in QA, UAT, and production environments.
- Create, update, and track test cases in Zephyr and report issues in JIRA.
- Review requirements, assist in maintaining dev/test environments, and promote a full-stack culture.
- Identify manual tests for automation, work on automating candidates, and collaborate with global teams.
- Write clean, performance-friendly code, perform unit testing, and investigate/fix production issues.
- Require 8+ years of experience in web-based application testing, with strong experience in microservice and UI Automation.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Java, CI/CD tools, and version control (e.g., Git/GitHub).
- Experience with Service-based Automation tools and mocking tools, CI/CD pipelines, and parallel test runs.
- Expertise in analyzing automation test results, writing SQL queries, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Technical understanding of web and mobile application development concepts is essential.
