We are a rapidly growing healthcare technology company seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our product team. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for defining the data platform strategy and leading the development and execution of key capabilities. Our products use healthcare data to generate actionable business and clinical insights for biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute on our data product’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with the product’s overall vision and goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Own and drive the platform roadmap that includes data integration, API integrations, master data management, data modeling and operation infrastructure for reporting.
• Drive the product development process, from ideation to release, using Agile methodologies to deliver awesome products.
• Define and track key product metrics, analyze quantitative and qualitative data to improve the product and drive growth continuously.
• Work closely with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the product roadmap.
• Organize work around a cross-functional team of Business Analysts, Engineers, and Customer Success.
• Be a key voice in product positioning and messaging that differentiates us in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8+ years designing and delivering world-class products in a technical Product Management role in health technology or healthcare data platforms. Prior engineering experience is a plus. 
• Prior experience developing data pipeline, data processing and other data related products, with sound understanding of how to sequence and prioritize features keeping both customer deliverable as well as engineering execution in mind. 
• Deep understanding of Data Lakehouses, Enterprise Data Warehouses and Master Data Management. 
• Prior experience working in a growth stage, start-up environment.
• Data-driven mindset and deep passion for solving customer problems – big and small.
• Strong experience with Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
