Senior Product Manager

Claritas Rx is a venture-backed digital health startup that brings clarity to the challenges of specialty biopharmaceutical products in the marketplace. We are a rapidly growing healthcare technology company seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our product team. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy and leading the development and execution of key capabilities. Our products use healthcare data to generate actionable business and clinical insights for biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute on our core product’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with the company's overall vision and goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
• Drive the product development process, from ideation to release, using Agile methodologies to deliver awesome products.
• Define and track key product metrics, analyzing user feedback and data to improve the product and drive growth continuously.
• Work closely with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the product roadmap.
• Organize work around a cross-functional team of Business Analysts, Engineers, and Customer Success.
• Be a key voice in product positioning and messaging that differentiates us in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 10+ years designing and delivering world-class products in a Product Management role in health technology or healthcare data platforms.
• Prior experience building enterprise or B2B customer facing products is a must.
• Prior experience building AI-powered products is a plus.
• Prior experience working in a growth stage, start-up environment.
• Data-driven mindset and deep passion for solving customer problems – big and small.
• Strong experience with Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent facilitative communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
