About the role:
Teramind is seeking an innovative Senior Manager - Product Optimization responsible for maximizing the efficiency, usability, and profitability of our product offerings. You will lead efforts to analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and overall product success.
The Senior Manager - Product Optimization should be an analytical creative that can interpret the user’s journey that exists today, understand the desired outcome from the business, and build the bridge between those two points. We’re looking for an individual who can understand the user personas of our client base, create an intuitive product experience that drives quick ROI and increases feature adoption while maintaining an ongoing product vision that provides clients value and increases retention rates.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with a world class team to design, deliver, and sustain new user pathways throughout our platform
- Understand upstream and downstream client and prospect needs to influence a value driven roadmap
- Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates throughout the user journey, from acquisition channels to onboarding and retention. Optimize funnel performance through targeted initiatives
- Conduct usability studies, gather feedback, and implement improvements to drive user satisfaction and retention
- Define KPIs for the platform to measure and track the success of your initiatives
- Develop an end-to-end understanding of the product and how the platform fits into the holistic Teramind experience
- Work closely with engineering leadership to understand the technical tradeoffs and how they will impact the client experience you are looking to deliver
- Ability to communicate insights, concerns, and roadblocks to internal stakeholders, helping explain context and prioritization decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, optimization, or related roles within a technology-driven environment. Experience in SaaS or digital products is preferred
- Experience with wireframing and familiarity with UX concepts
- Experience in product data analysis and converting that data to business strategy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging and influencing various levels of leadership
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
