About the Role
As the Senior Manager of Marketplaces, you will lead the development and execution of a cohesive and integrated omnichannel strategy that enhances our brands’ presence and customer experience across digital, in-store, and other customer touchpoints. You will be responsible for aligning sales and marketing efforts to deliver a seamless, engaging, and personalized experience that drives growth and loyalty for all Wellmore brands.
You will be at the forefront of digital innovation, leveraging data-driven insights and industry trends to optimize our omnichannel strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep expertise in both digital and physical retail environments, strong leadership skills, and a relentless focus on customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement an integrated omni-channel strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Oversee product listings, inventory management, and analytics across multiple marketplaces.
- Lead initiatives to onboard new marketplaces, optimize product placement, and refine strategies to drive 3P growth based on data insights and market trends.
- Manage and develop new business with key retail and online partners to ensure alignment and optimization of joint business plans.
- Manage 3P inventory to ensure stock availability across retailers and platforms.
- Lead content management with brand including listing updates, images, and descriptions, with a focus on 2025 brand refresh initiatives.
- Plan and execute promotions, such as National Matcha Day and Cyber Day, to drive engagement and sales.
- Manage and guide day-to-day retail media & agency partners to ensure optimal performance.
- Drive assortment strategy, including SKU profitability analysis and decision-making around adding or dropping SKUs.
- Manage and control advertising budgets effectively across multiple marketplaces, ensuring efficient use of funds to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to oversee the execution of omnichannel advertising campaigns, ensuring timely and effective roll-out across all platforms.
- Lead efforts to improve the customer experience across all channels, ensuring a seamless and personalized journey from discovery to purchase and beyond.
- Use customer data and analytics to identify trends, preferences, and pain points and translate these insights into actionable strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of omnichannel initiatives, providing detailed reports and insights. Identify areas for continuous improvement and recommend strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure Wellmore Holdings remains at the forefront of omni-channel retailing.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, omni-channel management or related.
- Proven track record of leading successful omni-channel initiatives in a retail or consumer-facing industry.
- Proven success in driving sales and growth across online marketplaces including Walmart, Target, Kroger, and other 1P/3P omnichannel marketplaces.
- Experience with commerce platforms such as Walmart+, Criteo, and Roundel, with a deep understanding of their ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, including cost-benefit analysis.
- Experience in leading direct reports, agencies and managing cross-functional projects
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to construct and conduct cost-benefit analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the consumable space; preferably health and wellness or supplements.
- Familiarity with advanced data analytics tools and platforms.
- Understanding of sustainability practices in retail and e-commerce.

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000-140,000 USD/year. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: location, education, skills, training, and experience. This position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
