As the Senior Manager of Logistics at Our Home, you will be responsible for leading and managing our logistics operations to ensure seamless and efficient transportation and distribution of our products. Your role will involve developing logistics strategies, optimizing transportation routes, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall supply chain performance. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and ensuring that products are delivered on time and in good condition.

In this position, you will manage logistics staff, cultivate relationships with internal / external partners, and monitor logistics metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation and distribution processes.

• Oversee the planning and execution of transportation activities, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with safety regulations.

• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and inventory management teams to align logistics activities with business objectives.

• Manage relationships with freight carriers, third-party logistics providers, and other external partners to ensure effective logistics operations.

• Analyze logistics metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Monitor and control logistics costs, implementing cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.

• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team through training, mentoring, and performance management.

• Implement and maintain logistics technology solutions to enhance operations and improve efficiency.

• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on food and beverage supply chains preferred.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation management, and supply chain principles.
• Experience managing logistics software and systems, including TMS.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control logistics costs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in logistics operations.
