Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop core products in a 0 to 1 environment.
• Design engineering systems to deliver product needs while making appropriate tradeoffs between complexity, scalability, security, and development time.
• Build an understanding of financial products to help inform product decisions.
• Help define our engineering culture and best practices.

Requirements

Consistently sets high standards for code quality, testing practices, and code review processes

Experience working with a reputable crypto company

Has a track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale, large-scope technical projects
