The Senior Financial Analyst at The Willows Communications is a vital member of the finance team, responsible for providing insightful financial analyses and recommendations that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities
- Develops comprehensive financial models to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Analyzes financial data and trends, preparing reports to convey insights and support management decisions.
- Prepares quarterly and annual budgets, collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and achievable financial targets.
- Conducts variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to achieve financial goals.
- Provides analytical support for business initiatives, investments, and capital expenditures to assess their financial viability.
- Participates in the preparation of financial presentations for stakeholders, effectively communicating key financial metrics and strategies.
- Monitors financial performance indicators, ensuring that all financial activities are in line with company objectives.
- Collaborates with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stays informed about industry trends and benchmarks to provide a competitive analysis and strategic insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s Degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, modeling techniques, and data analysis methodologies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
