We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Senior Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong background in the home services marketplace. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of enterprise-level sales success, a deep understanding of the industry, and a vast network of industry contacts to drive rapid, results-driven revenue growth. Despite their extensive experience and network, they must also be a true hunter who thrives on prospecting and is not shy about pursuing new business opportunities. You will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing

What you will be doing:

  • Identify, approach and convert enterprise customers from a pre-specified target list.
  • Leverage existing relationships and networks to identify and engage potential enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Present our solutions effectively to prospective clients, demonstrating how they can solve their business challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales, preferably in the home services marketplace.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with Account-based Marketing strategies
  • An extensive network of contacts within the home services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 USD per year with a competitive commission plan.
