Euronet Worldwide, Inc. seeks an accomplished Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to spearhead sales initiatives for our Ren Cards & Direct-to-Account Payments Platform. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving new business, nurturing existing relationships with key stakeholders, and surpassing sales objectives. As a global leader in financial payment solutions, Euronet offers an extensive range of cash-based and digitally driven services worldwide, positioning us uniquely in the dynamic payments landscape to provide unparalleled convenience to consumers and businesses alike.
Duties and responsibilities
- Craft and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Identify and Capture Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, effectively closing deals to expand our market presence.
- Cultivate Key Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within banks and financial institutions to foster long-term partnerships.
- Leverage Existing Network: Utilize an extensive book of contacts within Financial Institutions of $5B in Assets and above to effectively sell our solutions, leveraging pre-existing relationships to drive sales.
- Tailor Solutions to Customer Needs: Gain insights into customer pain points and requirements, customizing product solutions to address their specific needs effectively.

- Facilitate Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and maximize client satisfaction.
- Lead Presentations and Negotiations: Take the lead in delivering compelling presentations, conducting negotiations, and facilitating contract discussions with prospects and clients.
- Stay Informed and Agile: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, continuously refining sales strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
Requirements
- Extensive Experience in Enterprise Sales: Demonstrated success with 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales within the financial services industry, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in Payment Processing Solutions: Proven track record in selling payment processing solutions and cultivating relationships within banks and financial institutions.
- Exceptional Relationship-Building Skills: Strong ability to establish and maintain rapport with key decision-makers, fostering trust and credibility.
- Existing Book of Contacts: Must possess a robust rolodex of clients within Financial Institutions of $5B in Assets and above, capable of tapping into existing networks to drive sales on our behalf.
- Effective Communication and Negotiation: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a keen ability to articulate value propositions and drive successful outcomes.
- Adaptability and Mobility: Willingness and capability to travel frequently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Working conditions
Remote working arrangement with occasional travel required.
