Overview of the role:
We are on the lookout for a skilled Senior Digital Designer with a strong background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page design. This role involves designing and optimizing landing pages, websites, emails, and other web marketing campaigns for our health and wellness brand. You will work closely with Creative and Marketing team to iterate and A/B test visual and interaction design ideas, layouts, and content. Your mission will be to enhance the performance of these digital assets across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices, with a focus on sales conversions, click-through rates, opt-ins, customer engagement, and other key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other designers, copywriters to establish visual, interface, and user requirements.
- Design and produce web landing pages, emails, banners, and online marketing campaigns.
- Transform UI features and experiences into implementable concepts, guiding them through testing and launch.
- Ideate, implement, and measure the results of A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages, optimizing for brand KPIs.
- Analyze and enhance the customer experience throughout the sales funnel, from initial acquisition to the entire customer lifecycle.
- Partner with team members to explore innovative approaches to interface and UX challenges, creating final prototypes.
- Recommend and integrate tools for online testing and page building to improve design and testing processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative DTC ads, A/B testing, CRO, in the ecommerce space with an emphasis on design rather than data analysis.
- A portfolio demonstrating design & video editing skills that enhance user experience and conversion rates.(concept/ layout testing etc)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva and other design and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and web design best practices.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of deriving insights from performance metrics to guide design decisions.
