Summary of Position
We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Account Manager to join our growing team! As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for growing client revenue through strategic marketing plans and mentoring a team of mid-level account managers. You'll work closely with our internal expert marketing teams to develop and execute these plans, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding their expectations. You are the primary point of contact for your clients, building strong relationships and fostering retention.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the execution of sophisticated, customized marketing strategies that align with and exceed client goals
- Lead initiatives to drive substantial revenue growth within your assigned client portfolio
- Anticipate and strategically address client challenges with innovative, solution-oriented approaches
- Analyze and interpret complex data from platforms such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Search Console, providing actionable insights to clients
- Consistently deliver outstanding results, surpassing KPIs and metrics
- Foster and strengthen long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Strategically leverage client relationships to generate new business opportunities through proactive referrals
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, continuously learning and integrating cutting-edge marketing strategies and tactics
- Mentor and coach a team of mid-level account managers
Requirements
- 4+ years of account management experience in a fast-growing digital marketing agency
- 2+ years of experience in leading and mentoring a team of digital account managers
- Demonstrated success in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotes
- Skilled in handling client escalations and securing new sales opportunities, including new client business and upselling solutions
- Proven success in client-facing roles, managing and increasing revenue
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Search Console, and other data analysis tools
- In-depth knowledge of current SEO techniques and a commitment to continuous learning
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- The following certifications are required: Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Arizona-based talent is strongly preferred, but we are open to remote candidates in one of our approved states
The total compensation for this opportunity includes a base salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 a potential for quarterly bonuses contingent on company performance, plus medical, dental, vision, and employee assistance benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
