We are looking for a certified Senior Data Engineer who will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. This is a unique opportunity to be one of the key drivers of change in our expanding company.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing data sources
- Identify anomalies/trends
- Create data pipelines, graphics, and reports
- Evaluate business needs and objectives
- Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
- Identify opportunities for data acquisition
Requirements
- 5+ years of background as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or similar
- High volume/scale experience
- Practice in data platform supporting
- In-depth understanding of database structure principles
- Proficiency in big query, Google Cloud Platform, airflow
- Competence in Python+SQL
- Knowledge of IC
- Ability to be self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented
Nice to Have
- Availability to overlap with the PST time zone as much as possible
- Competency in Golang
- Skills in TypeScript
