You’ll level up our content engine and turn it into a content brand - what every content marketer dreams about but can't get their Leadership team to sign off on. You'll take creative risks, lead content production from start to finish, and grow our audience with content so good people would actually pay for it.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing - you're expected own content at UserEvidence, encouraged to make big content bets, and able to connect your performance to pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

What you’ll own and run with:

  • Content strategy: Come up with the vision for our content pillars, quarterly themes, and original research to build a media engine
  • Content production: Coordinate the entire execution process from opening a blank Google Doc to hitting publish with help from agencies and freelancers
  • Content distribution: Know where our buyers live so we can promote and repurpose content that consistently gets their attention and earns mindshare
  • Performance measurement: Watch leading and lagging indicators so we know what content to double down on and its impact on pipeline and revenue
  • Budget management: Figure out how to allocate internal and external resources so our content investment has the biggest impact on the metrics we care about
  • Media production: Run point on all media content like virtual events, podcasts, and videos with help from our podcast and creative agencies
  • Cross-functional partnerships: Be the glue that builds strong working relationships across the Leadership team, Sales, and Customer Success

Who you are:

  • You have 5-7 years of marketing experience at B2B SaaS companies, with at least 3+ years in content marketing
  • You’re ready to bet on yourself and be the founding content marketer at a fast-growing, series A startup
  • You’re a self-starter who finds great fulfillment in shipping content quickly – and learning
  • You want to become one of the new faces of the UserEvidence brand
  • You love a good brand voice guide, stress over the right words to use, and write like you talk
  • You can work your way around WordPress, ChatGPT, Loom, Notion, and Asana in your sleep
  • You’re humble, people look forward to working with you, and never take yourself too seriously
  • You're based in the United States - this is a requirement for this role
