Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated, customer focused, detail-oriented and experienced Senior CMMS Planner to oversee a team of CMMS Planners. The Senior CMMS Planner will play a crucial role in ensuring PAC global standards are driven and maintained and will train and support a team of CMMS Planners.
Responsibilities:
- Be a network level SME (subject Matter expert) on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software, train and support the local CMMS Planners in its use and support network initiatives.
- Drive PAC Global standards roll-out initiatives and participate in Global led projects.
- Be a CMMS key user and drive programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling and reports. Monitor standards implementation through reporting and audits.
- Conduct regular inspections/audits of standards implementation.
- Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines to make equipment maintenance less intrusive and more effective.
- Compile equipment information, performance metrics and machine histories and make recommendations for improvements based on their findings to the entire network.
- Develop standard comprehensive maintenance tasks for all equipment and assets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to maintenance and asset management.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, asset performance, and maintenance costs for management review.
- Ability to Travel up to 25%
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
.
- Relevant experience in maintenance planning, asset management and auditing maintenance activities as a Maintenance Planner.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s)
- Knowledge of industry best practices in maintenance and asset management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience delivering training or coaching.
- Experience managing multiple sites.
- Experience in managing a team of planners.
- Experience managing stores or spare parts inventories.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Experience rolling out a new CMMS system.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
- Driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
- Certification in maintenance planning or asset management.
