Senior Clinical Research Associate

Global Life Science Hub is closely partnered with an incredibly specialist CRO in the Oncology space, which has a team of 400 dedicated professionals spread across various locations worldwide, and is highly selective in its partnerships. They only collaborate with the world's most boutique, small, and niche Biotech and Pharma companies, aiming to together develop life-changing therapies that can positively impact patients' lives.

In line with their expansion plans, they have recently launched new operations on the East Coast of the United States and acquired a niche CRO. These strategic moves further solidify their commitment to growth and development in the US market over the next 24 months.

As a result of their recent success, there is an exciting opportunity to join as an experienced Clinical Research Associate. This role requires someone who possesses the necessary skills and experience in clinical research and has high-reaching career aspirations. The ideal candidate should be ambitious and motivated to progress towards a Project Management position within the organization in the next 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits
• Be involved in study start-up activities (if applicable)
• Perform CRF review, source document verification and query resolution
• Be responsible for site communication and management
• Be a point of contact for in-house support services and vendors
• Mentoring Junior CRAs
• Communicate with internal project teams regarding study progress
• Support regulatory team in preparing documents for study submissions

Experience/Qualifications

• Independent on-site monitoring experience
• Experience in all types of monitoring visits in Phase I and/or II is preferred
• Complex Trial experience, preferably in Oncology is highly desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
• Ability to travel (30%)
