Full Job Description
As a Senior Analyst in Order to Cash Operations, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our billing, collections, and cash application processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Order to Cash processes, and the ability to leverage technology, such as Netsuite, to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes, including billing, collections, and cash application.
- Analyze billing discrepancies and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and implement strategies to improve collection efforts.
- Conduct regular cash application reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Lead projects to automate manual tasks and improve overall process efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers. Answer questions, provide feedback and resolve concerns as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Order to Cash operations, with a focus on billing, collections, and cash application.
- Proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems. Experience with Zone Billing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends and root causes of issues.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other office products.
