Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve accounting processes and controls
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Industry experience in Solar, Energy, or Construction is a MUST
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
