We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to drive our efforts in the Southern U.S. as part of our high-performing Sales team. In this wide-ranging and high-impact role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing a strategy to generate new business opportunities, building senior-level relationships, and effectively closing deals from start to finish. This position is ideal for a dynamic self-starter with a robust network in LegalTech, eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative startup. Domestic and occasional international travel is required.

Responsibilities
This is a fast paced, wide-ranging role where you'll collaborate closely with business leaders across the U.S. and UK, leveraging your established network in the legal-tech community to create immediate impact. Based in the Southern U.S., you will take full ownership of your strategy as a senior quota carrier, driving target achievement, meticulously tracking pipeline development, and managing key metrics with precision. A proactive self-starter, you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, excelling in a collaborative team where you receive strong support from an engaged and dedicated group.

Experience
- 5+ years LegalTech experience – selling SaaS software
- Experience selling to top-tier law firms and the professional services industry in the U.S. (preferably the South)
- Proven Knowledge of the legal industry and key players within its community
- Familiarity with adhering to strict criteria needed to drive business through a sales cycle, prospecting techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies specific to the SaaS legal-tech industry would be beneficial
- Demonstrated communication skills: which will be tested throughout the hiring process
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Teamwork and collaboration: The ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer success, is valuable. This includes being open to feedback and being proactive in sharing insights and knowledge.
- Strong organizational and time management skills: the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously. Demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized is crucial for success in this role.
- Professionalism and integrity: Demonstrating professionalism, ethical behavior, and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with clients and sensitive legal information is essential in the LegalTech industry.
