Full Job Description
Sigma Defense is seeking a Scrum Master in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The hired candidate will facilitate communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team.

Requirements
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active, DoD-issued Secret security clearance or higher.
- A clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Science or related field of study.
Essential Job Duties (not all inclusive):
- Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups (Daily Scrums), sprint planning meetings, and sprint reviews.
- Identify and help remove obstacles that may hinder the team's progress. This can involve resolving issues.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on Scrum practices and principles. Help them understand their roles and responsibilities and encourage self-organization.
- Ensure that Scrum is being practiced correctly and effectively. This includes adhering to Scrum principles and adapting practices to fit the team’s needs.
- Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, clarifying requirements, and prioritizing tasks. Help ensure that the backlog is well-defined and that the team understands the items being worked on.
- Encourage Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 annually.
