Scrum Master

BTG LEARNING is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient implementation of Agile methodologies across various software development projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and foster collaboration in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
• Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize project goals and deliverables
• Guide and support the development team in all aspects of Agile practices
• Remove any obstacles that may impede the progress of the development team
• Coach team members on Agile principles and practices
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
• Ensure transparency and visibility of project progress to stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desirable
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a software development environment
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong leadership and facilitation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Jira or other Agile project management tools is a plus
