Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication among team members.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to team members on agile practices and principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and performance, ensuring smooth execution of the sprint.
• Collaborate with product owners to define and clarify project requirements and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
• Monitor team performance metrics and report progress and areas for improvement to stakeholders regularly.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages self-management, accountability, and open communication.
• Advocate for agile practices across the organization and support teams in their agile transformation efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate problem-solving discussions and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Experience in coaching teams in agile practices and frameworks for effective implementation.
• Proficiency in agile project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or similar software.
