Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings
• Support the product owner in managing the backlog and prioritizing tasks
• Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress
• Serve as a coach and mentor to development teams on Agile/Scrum practices
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
• Track and report on team progress and performance metrics
• Promote collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred
• Experience working with collaborative tools like Jira or Trello
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
