Scrum Master

Cold Control HVAC is in search of an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and help us pioneer best practices in Agile project management within the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and a passion for fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support the development team in delivering high-quality software products, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will be crucial in guiding our teams through the Agile process, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment with project goals. Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide and coach teams in Agile practices and principles to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.
• Identify and resolve impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clear communication of requirements and priorities.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the teams.
• Support the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Provide metrics and reports on team performance to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a software development environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Agile project management tools and software.
