Role: Salesforce Consultant. 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Contract Period: $80-$100 per hour (W2 or 1099) for the first 3 months.
  • Full-Time Transition: $125,000-$155,000 salary range, inclusive of bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Collaboration:
    • Understand client business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Configuration and Customization:
    • Customize Salesforce applications to meet client needs.
  • Expert Guidance:
    • Provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices and solution design.
  • Solution Implementation:
    • Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including customizations and integrations.
  • Process Analysis and Improvement:
    • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Project Leadership:
    • Lead client projects through all project phases.
  • User Training and Documentation:
    • Conduct user training and create supporting documentation.
  • Data Migration and Integration:
    • Perform data migration and integration activities within Salesforce.
  • Stay Updated on Salesforce Features:
    • Stay informed on Salesforce updates and features.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years as a Salesforce Consultant at a consulting or ISV partner.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Consultant.
  • Industry Focus: Healthcare Services or Technology.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills for complex business processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Salesforce Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce and AppExchange products.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience directing offshore development resources.

During the initial 3-month contract period, the compensation is set at $80-$100 per hour (W2 or 1099). Upon transitioning to full-time employment, the comprehensive package includes a salary range of $125,000-$155,000, inclusive of bonus and additional benefits.
