Everpeak is a top-rated Salesforce consulting partner. We have an immediate need for a Salesforce Consultant/Administrator to join our growing team. Our people-first culture is grounded in our core values that embody a winning attitude and incorporate the highest standards of ethics and integrity. If you share our passion for client success and want the opportunity to grow with teammates who love what they do, read on!
This role is a remote 1099 contractor position, not a full-time role. The time requirement is a minimum of 20 hours per week. All communication will be through an Everpeak email address and Slack.
Primary Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 20 hours per week
- Serve as point of contact on client projects from initial discovery to solutions implementation to post-go-live support. Listen, understand, and define requirements.
- Translate needs (sometimes unspoken) into technical requirements
- Build and configure many core areas of Salesforce like flows, custom objects and fields, reports & dashboards, validation rules, and much more
- Be proactive with clients, finding new solutions that fall into the client’s ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ sphere
- Be able to tackle code-related tasks independently
- Validate configuration through internal testing and facilitation of user acceptance testing
- Analyze data, implement data hygiene practices, cleanse data, and import large sets of data
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients based on mutual trust and open communication
What you bring to the team:
- 5+ years’ experience working on Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud configurations for a company (not freelance)
- You do not have a full-time job (W-2) that requires 40 hours per week
- Ability to be a business-led thinker and help provide actionable solutions to client problems
- A problem solver and thought leader who can recommend opportunities and not just wait to be told what to work on
- Salesforce admin certification. Other helpful certifications would be Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II.
- Significant experience working on Salesforce Flows. This includes Screen Flows, Record Triggered Flows, and Autolaunched Flows
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment with weekly sprints directly with the client
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with peers and internal teams to achieve shared outcomes for the business
- Experience with Mulesoft would be a bonus
