We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our highly customized Salesforce platform. As part of a small, collaborative team, you will need a balance of day-to-day management and strategic innovation to ensure the platform supports our business processes effectively while advancing our technical capabilities.
Success in this role looks like:
- Providing efficient end-user support, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing user satisfaction.
- Progressing the migration from Classic to Lightning as a key priority during the first year.
- Transitioning all Workflow Rules and Process Builder automations to Flow.
- Maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and best practices.
- Making sound architecture decisions that support scalability and alignment with business objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- User and License Management: Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and ensure compliance with security policies.
- System Configuration and Customization: Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Process Automation: Design and implement automations using Salesforce Flow and other tools to improve efficiency.
- Data Management: Conduct regular audits, manage duplicate records, and implement data quality best practices.
- Migration Projects: Lead the transition from Classic to Lightning and complete the migration of automations to Flow.
- Support and Training: Provide responsive support to users and deliver training sessions to drive platform adoption and proficiency.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- System Integrations: Maintain and optimize Salesforce integrations with external systems, including contracts, marketing, and mailing platforms.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases, evaluate new features, and recommend enhancements to optimize the platform.
The salary for this position is $80,000-120,000. We may be open to negotiating outside of this range if the desired salary aligns with the needs of the candidate and the company.

Requirements
Preferred Skills
- Experience: At least 3–5 years of Salesforce administration experience with a track record of managing migrations and automations.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules. Familiarity with APEX, JSON, and Visualforce is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate complex business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with stakeholders and across teams to understand processes and deliver value.
Technical requirements
- Must have a reliable and high-speed internet connection, either a wired connection or a strong and stable Wi-Fi network, to support effective remote work.
