Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, and process automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
  • Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of Salesforce records.
  • Provide training and support to users to encourage best practices and enhance platform utilization.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce features and updates to recommend improvements and upgrades.
  • Assist in the integration of third-party applications and maintain system documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency with data management and experience in reporting and analytics using Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with users at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
