Jacuzzi Group is currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our Jacuzzi Luxury Bath sales team.
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team in achieving their targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the national sales team (team of 12) to support their day-to-day operations.
- Produce monthly sales reports, presentations, and various other sales-related documents with precision.
- Assist National Sales Manager in following up with key accounts in a timely manner.
- Build industry and competitor reports to identify opportunities and threats.
- Coordinate with various internal departments, such as Customer Service, Warranty and Marketing, to ensure timely case management.
- Serve as a composed and empathetic communicator with customers in situations requiring escalated attention.
- Sales Support Specialist will be required to possess a strong aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales support or similar role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Must possess strong Excel skills)
- Experience with CRM (Sales Force highly preferred)
- Luxury Kitchen or Bath consumer products experience preferred
