We are a team of property managers focused on expanding our short-term rental portfolio, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us grow. If you’re skilled at pitching, enjoy building relationships, and are ready to take your sales career to new heights, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to property owners who manage short-term rentals, presenting our unique property management services.
- Tailor pitches to highlight our value proposition, securing new clients.
- Work flexible hours, allowing you to maximize your earnings.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.

Note, that there will be a training period of 30 days during which the sales reps are paid purely on the standard commission rate of 8.25% of the property management fee only. The average commission is $900 and full-time reps should close 2 clients a week.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20/hour (commission only during 30-day training period)
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
- Self-motivated, driven individuals with a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Desire to grow within the company by demonstrating outstanding performance.
- Experience in sales, especially in real estate or property management, is a plus but not required.

What We Offer:
- Hourly Rate: $20/hour (commission only during 30 day training period)
- Commission: 8.25% of the property management fee. The average commission is $900 and full-time reps should close 2 clients a week. Substantial commission increases if certain KPIs are met as well.
