We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to spearhead our global sales and marketing initiatives in warehouse robotics and garment automation. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation and growth in the rapidly evolving field of warehouse automation technology.
Location & Travel
- Remote position (USA-based)
- International travel required (primarily North America and Europe)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive global sales strategy and lead a high-performing international sales team
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives
- Create and present sophisticated ROI-driven solutions to prospective clients
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities across global regions
- Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Oversee full-cycle sales processes from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Provide detailed analysis of sales metrics and market dynamics
- Mentor and develop sales team members to achieve exceptional results
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5-7 years of proven technical sales leadership experience
- Demonstrated success in warehouse robotics or garment automation sales
- Strong track record in international business development
- Expert-level ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Hubspot) and Microsoft Office suite

- MBA or advanced technical degree
- Established network within the warehouse automation industry
