Role Summary:
The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for optimizing the productivity and effectiveness of Restore’s in-studio sales & lead management philosophy. This role will provide training, content, and tools that support the online lead management and retail sales process, ensuring alignment with our brand and franchise model. This role reports to the VP of Marketing. Our HQ office is located in Austin, TX--open to a remote or in-person candidate.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Sales Training & Development
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive lead management and sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the franchise & corporate studios. 
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules specific to sales within studio operations. 
    • Conduct ongoing training sessions and workshops with the franchise system to address skill gaps and reinforce best practices.
  • Lead & Sales Process Optimization
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the sales process based on lessons learned in the studio environment. 
    • Identify areas of improvement in the process and develop solutions to increase efficiency and productivity while maintaining brand standards. 
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the process and recommend enhancement as needed.
  • Lead & Sales Educational Content Creation
    • Create, curate lead and sales collateral, playbooks, and scripts. 
    • Develop and maintain a centralized repository for content and ensure its accessibility for the franchise system. 
    • Collaborate with department heads to align sales with the brand messaging and key objectives.
  • Lead & Sales Optimization Process
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the lead and sales process. 
    • Identify areas of improvement in the lead and sales process, and develop solutions to increase efficiency and productivity while maintaining brand standards. 
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the sales process and recommend enhancement as needed.
  • Lead & Sales Performance Tracking and Analysis
    • Collaborate with the Franchise Performance Team to track performance in studio leads and sales. 
    • Analyze leads and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement in the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or similar role within a multi-unit franchise, retail environment - required.
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, sales processes, and sales best practice. 
  • Experience rolling out a sales process in a multi-unit retail operation.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to deliver engaging sales training sessions. 
  • Strong communication skills, to effectively convey complex information and ideas. 
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and marketing.
