Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their sales team. As an SDR, the individual will serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, playing a pivotal role in the sales process. The mission will be to identify and qualify leads, fostering relationships that drive revenue growth.
The company is ruthlessly focused on their end customers and driving better outcomes. Most of the time will be spent learning and experimenting to drive desired outcomes. The individual will have ownership, autonomy, and the ability to maximize their growth curve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and outbound calls.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and introduce them to the company's value proposition.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the account executives.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and results in the CRM system.
- Continuously seek to improve by analyzing performance metrics and staying informed about industry trends.
