Hello, Junior Social Media & Sales Assistants!
My name is Giulia and I am the CEO at Giulia Guerrieri - We are on a mission to empower 10,000 content creators to start, grow, and monetize their personal brands by 2030. Believing in the potential for time, location, financial, and wealth freedom for every creator, our goal is to guide them toward these opportunities. We are disrupting the online education space with a robust, individualized coaching program, rejecting the one-size-fits-all approach to business. Our services include a Mini Course for supercharging Instagram Reels, an Academy that has helped 250+ founders generate over $1.3M collectively, and a Mastermind group for multi-six-figure entrepreneurs scaling to seven figures annually. We are committed to building long-term relationships with each entrepreneur we impact, ensuring their success and growth.
We are looking to hire a motivated Junior Social Media & Sales Assistant who can deliver on tasks consistently, ensuring that the social media content is posted and the pipelines are managed daily so that leads are being stayed on top of, allowing the company to enroll more members and make a greater impact.
This is a full-time remote position.
Requirements
We are looking for a Junior Social Media & Sales Assistant specifically with these requirements:
- Has excellent English communication skills.
- Has at least 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Has experience with a heavy bulk of message and social outreach.
- Has experience doing a high volume of outbound messaging.
- Knowledgeable with using CRMs.
- Tech savvy - computer literate and comfortable working completely virtually.
- Good, stable, and reliable internet connection.
- Able to follow clear instructions and execute seamlessly under time constraints.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Sending a link to a prospect, noting them down putting them on a hitlist, and continuing to follow up.
- Checking IG notifications once per day and reaching any interest- or intent-based leads.
- Checking and following up with leads in the CRM every day.
- Doing daily outreach.
- FB group + friend request accepting // LinkedIn connection request accepting.
- Pre-call follow-up.
- Sending relevant links when someone comments or DMs on social media platforms.
- Making sure conversations in CRM are at 0 daily.
- Checking hit list daily and appropriate follow-up.
