Full Job Description

The House of Mercier is seeking a Sales Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales department, helping to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing and customer follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings to support sales initiatives and strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for team meetings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales and administrative skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales administration or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
