Position Responsibilities

●      Manage and maintain CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success platforms.

●      Promptly monitor and respond to messages on Unibox (LinkedIn, Email, Intercom) and proactively tag responses and conversations appropriately in HeyReach.

●      Manage ops for campaigns through various digital channels to drive revenue growth, ensuring process documentation and SOP creation to identify inefficiencies in revenue processes and suggest improvements.

●      Test new ideas and tactics to drive growth and scale successful experiments across the organization.

●      Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment between campaigns and sales efforts to drive the achievement of the company’s goals.

●      Analyze objections identified and bring insights and innovative ideas to the revenue team to enhance processes, drive efficiency, and improve overall performance.

●      Analyze data to identify trends, support forecasting to gain insights and opportunities for growth, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

●      Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms by implementing best practices in data management.

●      Assist in integrating various SaaS tools and software to ensure smooth flow of information between departments.

●      Provide insights into key revenue drivers and suggest strategies for growth and retention.

●      Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

●      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

●      2-4 years of experience in a RevOps, Growth Marketing, or Sales Operations role in a SaaS.

●      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.

●      Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

●      Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

●      Knowledge of SaaS revenue metrics and KPIs (ARR, MRR, churn, etc.).

●      Experience with sales and marketing automation tools.

Benefits
