About You

Mealogic is seeking a passionate and analytical Retention and Growth Strategy Manager to join our growing Commercialization team. You will work closely with Creative, Sales, and Product teams to support Lifecycle Marketing for a diverse range of partner brands in the Health and Wellness industry. You will become an internal advocate for our partners, develop a deep understanding of their business and needs, and communicate those needs internally to help shape and drive our business and our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner brands, acting as their primary point of contact. Understand their business needs and provide strategic guidance and tailored lifecycle marketing solutions to help them grow their business.
  • Develop playbooks and best practices for marketing strategies to optimize customer journeys from acquisition through retention and reactivation.
  • Create reusable templates to support partners in implementing lifecycle strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate across disciplines, including product, marketing, and customer support, to design personalized customer experiences.
  • Support partners in creating and optimizing automated email, SMS, and push/in-app campaigns to drive desired customer behaviors.
  • Work with partners on segmentation strategies and collaborate with the Product team to deliver the right experience for the right cohort. Advise on segmentation based on behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage to deliver targeted messaging. 
  • Analyze campaign data to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on strategies to enhance conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign processes including strategic planning, creative management, monitoring, and performance reporting.
  • Provide cross-company support on other commercialization activities like new product line and in-house brand launches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in lifecycle marketing to continuously innovate strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on lifecycle management, ideally in DTC environments.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo) and other commerce tools such as Analytics and Data Platforms and testing tools.
  • Proven track record of developing successful campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and reactivation.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in customer data analysis, audience segmentation, and personalization.
  • Strong project and account management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
